	Jerry Mallot As President of the JAXUSA Partnership, formerly Cornerstone Regional Development Partnership, and Executive Vice President of JAX Chamber, Jerry oversees strategy for economic development in Northeast Florida. He directs a staff of 14 in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Business Expansion, Workforce Development and Business Intelligence. A leader in state economic development, Jerry focuses primarily on the expansion and relocation of headquarters to the Jacksonville region. When he is not recruiting companies and jobs to the region, Jerry is playing golf on one of Northeast Florida's many courses, relaxing at the beach, or and spending time with his family. 904.366.6654 • jmallot@jaxusa.org
	John Haley John serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for JAXUSA. His primary focus is on the development and relocation of aviation and aerospace companies and advanced manufacturing companies to Northeast Florida. John has served as president of the Florida Economic Development Council and has been honored as that organization’s Economic Development Professional of the Year. 	Cathy Chambers Cathy is Vice President of Business Development for JAXUSA, where she is focused on recruiting high-wage jobs and private capital investment to Northeast Florida. Her focus is on the expansion and relocation of finance and insurance services companies to the area. Cathy has 15 years of experience working for chambers of commerce, regional economic development organizations and city governments. Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. 	Melanie Moore As Senior Director of Business Intelligence Melanie provides statistics, data and research for JAXUSA projects. 	Mike Breen Mike Breen is the Senior Director of the International Department. He is responsible for international business development but also focuses on Logistics and Distribution and IT companies looking to relocate or expand in the Jacksonville region. Most recently, Mike served as president of TBC International, an international management consulting firm based in the Netherlands which provided sustainable economic development and workforce accessibility consulting for multinational clients throughout Europe. Mike is active in a variety of professional organizations and a frequent seminar speaker. He is fluent in Dutch and French and speaks basic German, Serbo-Croatian, Latvian and Russian. 	Broderick Green As the Director of the Business Development team, his focus is on the expansion and relocation of the Life Sciences industry in Northeast Florida. He serves as the point of contact for the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida Commercial Real Estate.
