Mayo Clinic Ranked Best Hospital in Florida

Mayo Clinic Jacksonville is ranked the best hospital in Florida as well as Jacksonville’s metro area for the third consecutive year by U.S. News & World Report. U.S. News recently released its annual Best Hospital rankings that are designed to help patients and their doctors make informed decisions where to receive care.

Mayo Clinic in Florida has undergone significant growth in recent years as it provides diagnosis, medical treatment, surgery and care for more than 119,000 patients annually in 40 specialty areas.

“We have continuously refined our system of care for more than 150 years. We are always working to deliver accurate answers as quickly as possible and ensure the best outcomes for our patients,” said Gianrico Farruga, chief executive officer of Mayo Clinic in Florida.

Jacksonville continues to be thought of as America’s Health Center with acclaimed hospitals, physicians, clinical trials and biotech. Baptist Health Jacksonville, Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine and UF Health Jacksonville were also ranked in the Top 25 area hospitals.
