MAS HVAC Inc., a manufacturer of custom, engineered option for air handling equipment, announced it will build a 32,400-square-foot office/industrial building in St. Johns County.

Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. and Borregaard ASA have chosen Fernandina Beach as the location of their new venture, LignoTech Florida. The new manufacturing facility will be housed at RYAM’s Fernandina Beach site and will create 50 jobs in Nassau County.

UPS, a global logistics solutions company, is planning to invest in its 500,000 sq. ft. Jacksonville facility. The company will invest $196 million in facility upgrades and land and real estate improvements and create 10 new jobs in Northwest Jacksonville.

Burkhardt Distributing Company, a beer distribution company, plans to build an $11 million, 113,000-square-foot office/warehouse in St. Johns County to serve as its headquarters and distribution center.
