Safariland Group

The Safariland Group announced an expansion this month that will add 30 new jobs to more than 260 people the company already employs. Safariland currently has two locations in Jacksonville, a facility in Northwest Jacksonville and an IT center on the Southside.

The company will be investing $1 million in facility upgrades and new manufacturing equipment. We continue to place an emphasis on attracting and growing high-tech, advanced manufacturing jobs, and this expansion marks another important step in that direction.
