Talent & Education

JAX is the place where talent thrives. We have a diverse workforce aligned to fit your current and future needs, with colleges and universities preparing the next generation of talent.

The Jacksonville region is the 5th fastest-growing market in America and a top city for millennials.

Couple that with a strong talent pipeline consisting of thousands of graduates from more than a dozen major colleges and universities, and it’s easy to see why companies are choosing the Jacksonville market to grow. Our median age is equal to that of the nation overall and our current working-age population is 837,000+ people.
