Julie oversees the Earn Up initiative, which supports the efforts of developing a robust talent pipeline throughout our region. Through the talent development initiative, she is responsible for developing and disseminating career pathway content and is involved in grant writing and reporting. Julie facilitates presentations to students, educators and community-based organizations, college and career fairs and financial aid/FAFSA and related industry workforce events. She supports the Talent Advancement Network, Talent Advancement Partnership and Earn Up Steering Committees. Julie and her husband live in St. Augustine and enjoy the balmy Florida coast. An avid podcast listener, she also enjoys decorating, traveling and cooking.
