Shamika Wright

Shamika serves as the Director of Community Outreach for the JAX Chamber. Her role is to connect people in the community with economic opportunity. Shamika is a former director of the Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business Program and has worked with the City of Jacksonville focusing on connecting small and emerging businesses with opportunities to work for the city. She is a Delores Barr Weaver Fellow in the Women’s Giving Alliance, a mentor in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida Achievers for Life program, a volunteer with Community Hospice of Northeast Florida and a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville.
