Jacksonville Named a Top U.S. City for Women in Tech
The technology sector is booming in Jacksonville with recent announcements in fintech and strides toward making Northeast Florida the country’s first smart region.
According to SmartAsset, Jacksonville is a top U.S. city for women in tech in 2020. This recognition comes off the heels of lists that position the city as one of the 20 emerging tech markets to watch (Site Selection Group) and one of the best cities for IT jobs (CompTIA).
Jacksonville was the only city in Florida to make the list of nearly 60 cities, coming in at #12.
