Transportation & Logistics Talent Study:

As discussed in JAXUSA’s strategic plan, The Future is Now – Northeast Florida, it’s evident that talent is the leading component for economic success. In collaboration with TIP Strategies (TIP), JAXUSA Partnership conducted a Transportation and Logistics Talent Study to help guide the upcoming talent of Northeast Florida by providing the needs and wants of this industry’s employers. This talent study goes into a deep dive of each of the industry’s subsectors (air, maritime/port, rail, road and shipping and warehouse) and showcases case studies as well as occupational profiles for 10 key jobs.

Transportation and Logistics is one of Northeast Florida’s target industries, which is why it’s important to highlight the needs of its employers and provide a guideline for the future workforce’s career pathway to ensure continued growth in the region.
