Northwell Health, New York State’s largest health care provider, and Pamplona Capital Management, a private equity firm, founded Formativ Health to better assist physician practices to maximize performance and focus on patient-centered access by enhancing and simplifying the patient’s access to care. The Jacksonville center will act as a single point of contact for physician practices and health care organizations nationwide.
